Reynan Afan, PMA spokesman, said what happened to 4th Class Cadet Darwin Dormitorio was “not the rule” but “an exception.”Afan said a check-up was being conducted on about 300 4th class cadets and that even without the Dormitorio case, this has been ongoing. “We will leave it to [the] PMA hospital kung gaano ka regular.
