HULU SELANGOR: Indian voters in Kuala Kubu Baharu should vote wisely and not be swayed by "outside influence", says MIC president Tan Sri SA Vigneswaran. Vigneswaran said the Indian community should give the government a chance to solve issues over the next three years. "If issues are still not solved, then you are free to decide (again)," he said. Former Penang deputy chief minister P. Ramasamy is currently leading the United for the Rights of Malaysians party (Urimai) and had urged Indian voters to snub Pakatan in the KKB by-election. In August last year, Ramasamy left DAP after he was not named as a candidate in the Penang state polls in 2023.
