Don't be divided on ethnic, social class lines, Mudavadi tells Nyandarua

Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi said he resolved to form the party following 2007-08 post-election violence. "The only way to reduce tax and ease the burden on citizens is to end corruption and stop increasing national debt," Mudavadi said. Mudavadi cautioned residents against being divided on ethnic or social class lines as it was likely to cause violence. Kimemia said the former Deputy Prime Minister was the best alternative for the President after President Uhuru Kenyatta. Kanu Chairman Gideon Moi was in Nyeri while Deputy President William Ruto attended the home-coming ceremony of Rurii Ward MCA in Nyandarua.
