Moving when you're technically-enabled means more than just tossing your stuff in a box and moving it down the street. At worst, they're logged in to apps and accounts, leaving you very vulnerable when the next owner comes walking in the door. So what does moving look like in a world where your house knows where you are instead of the other way around? Things like Ecobee thermostats, Noon switches, and Haiku fans can add a nice bit of "wow" factor when you're showing your house. For tech you're leaving behind, you'll need to remove the hardware from their associated apps.
