Trump seems to be observing a very Kiwi attitude towards a crisis. We may be treated to a seemingly endless parade of whistleblowing "insiders" all blowing the gaff on United States President Donald Trump's alleged misdeeds. Too often, optimism bias strikes – that's when you think crises are catastrophes that hit other people, never you.
