A Domino's employee claims he was fired after a series of his behind the scenes work videos went viral on TikTok. Mr Burgess showed off his craftmanship in the viral videos by preparing and cutting the pizzas on camera. But the company claim the videos broke their social media policy, in addition to putting his own safety, and the safety of other employees, at risk. 'The team member was asked to remove these videos, which were a breach of both our safety and social media policies, so as to not promote dangerous activity. Domino's said they encouraged fun in the workplace and prided themselves on being a 'fun place to work'.
