By Stuart CondieSYDNEY--Domino's Pizza Enterprises will shut its loss-making Denmark operations as part of the Australian fast-food franchiser's efforts to slash costs and materially lift profitability. The ASX-listed company on Tuesday said that it will close its 27 stores in Denmark and also reduce the number of corporate stores in its global network by 15-20% through closures and refranchising.
