The domestic violence charges against Nick Diaz have been dismissed “with prejudice.”Diaz was arrested in May on charges of domestic battery by strangulation and first-degree domestic battery. In July, the prosecution added additional charges of battery constituting domestic violence by strangulation and battery domestic violence resulting in substantial bodily harm. Three of the charges Diaz was facing were felony charges. The alleged victim accused Diaz of grabbing her by the head and slamming her to the ground and also choking her during an argument in Las Vegas. The “with prejudice” dismissal of the charges indicates the charges are permanently dismissed.
