The core indicator of the development of a country is the ability to offer access to health, education and transport services. As a patriotic Kenyan, one will definitely be saddened by the persistent doctors' agitations that have enveloped the entire country. The strike has been termed illegal by the court. It is absurd, illegal and unfair to use patients' lives as a bargaining tool. Nevertheless, the strike is not only focused on a wage dispute but also amending health services through the provision of facilities, equipment and improved conditions.
