Muktamoni, who underwent a successful operation to remove malignant growth from her arm, has been kept at intensive care unit (ICU) Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH). “Muktamoni has hospital-acquired pneumonia but she is now out of danger,” Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit Director Prof Abul Kalam Azad told the Dhaka Tribune on Sunday. He said: “We will keep her under observation for next 24 hours.
