WHAT do the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) and the Department of Health (DoH) have in common? While DoH fumbles and miserably fails in every way to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic, DoST has taken positive strides, though little by little, to succeed in the same battle. In addition, the DoST-funded project code named “Archer” — Addressing and Responding to Covid-19 through Health Research — provides research-based solutions to respond to the pandemic.
