Ferguson and Solskjaer were both in high spirits at Old Trafford today as Manchester United Legends took part in a charity match against Bayern Munich All-Stars. Ferguson took charge of a star-studded side for today’s fixture, with the starting XI almost identical to the line-up from two decades ago. The match was played in great spirit despite the lop-sided 5-0 scoreline, with all the proceeds going to the Manchester United foundation. Earlier in the season, Solskjaer took offence when Alexis Sanchez sat in his place – and Ferguson avoided a similar awkward situation by moving along the row. Paul Pogba has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford in a potential swap deal with Paulo Dybala and Alex Sandro.
