Now, hot on the heels of Gmail and Chrome, Google has finally released its iOS privacy label for Google Maps. Fortunately, for millions of iPhone users who don't want to make the switch from Google Maps, there is a little-known workaround. Using Google Maps in “Incognito mode” has its limitations. Enabling Incognito Mode Google Maps / iOSIn Incognito mode, Google Maps won’t store a personalized location history or timeline. Google Maps is a great product and I’m happy to continue using it in Incognito mode.
