NewsRetired Commodore Vishwajith Nandana Diyabalanage, an accused in the Avant Garde illegal floating armoury case, has been arrested upon arrival from Singapore today (Sept 27). The accused is due to be produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today. Meanwhile, the three-member trial-at-bar which has been appointed to hear the case, has summoned all accused to receive indictments today.
