Race Action PlanOur UK Race Action Plan [pdf], announced to staff in September 2020, commits to actions that encourage transparency, accountability and improve diversity across our business. The committee, composed of Guardian staff from around the world, raises awareness of race equality across the Guardian, monitors the Guardian’s performance in relation to its race action plan and holds senior executives and managers to account for actions related to race action plan.
