Startling footage has emerged showing a group of young children 'wielding an axe' and terrorising locals in one of Australia's most exclusive suburbs. Shocked residents called people, and can be heard shouting 'drop the f***ing axe' at one of the youths. The two aged under ten are too young to be charged with a crime, but one witness alleged they even tried to attack one of the police officers. 'One of them, who had broken the car window with the axe, tried to assault the police officer with the axe,' a witness claimed. 'The policeman just said to me 'bloody juveniles - they've just tried to axe my partner'.
