Disqualified officials stalling Lodha reforms: CoA to Supreme Court

New Delhi: In a scathing status report, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) has described N. Srinivasan and Niranjan Shah as “disqualified office bearers with vested interest”, who are trying to stall implementation of Lodha reforms. It is the fourth status report that has been submitted to the Supreme Court by the CoA. The CoA has also submitted an audio file that indicates that during the 26 June meeting, some disqualified members “tried to hijack” the meeting. Shah was a special invitee at the SGM courtesy being a member of the special committee, formed for the implementation of reforms. The CoA also informed that BCCI is yet to appoint an Ombudsman since September 2016.
