Disneyland starts selling tickets to travelers from outside California

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have begun selling tickets to travelers from out of state for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic shut their doors more than a year ago, the Anaheim theme parks announced Wednesday. The Disney parks will continue to require visitors to wear masks. The rules that allowed theme parks to reopen in April initially let them admit only California residents. Disney California Adventure’s new Marvel superhero-themed Avengers Campus opens June 4. Starting July 1, Disneyland will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Disney California Adventure will be open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
