"As it is right now, DJ Evolve is being victimized twice - with the supervision of the Courts! He was reacting to a statement by the DJ that he did not see Babu Owino with a gun when the shooting occurred. Babu would be convicted even if DJ Evolve was dead or incapable of speaking or comprehending what was going on. DJ Evolve should have been under protection by the ODPP_KE.
