The Sahyadri Smart Safe Private Ltd (S3) mobile app proposed by disgruntled drivers of Ola and Uber cabs is now good to go. The app for drivers was operational from Wednesday and it is likely to be launched for public on April 18. The app has been launched in the wake of many drivers assuming protests against Uber and Ola. There is also SOS button, and 24/7 call center available for both passengers and drivers," said a union leader. For hatchback, they will charge Rs 16 per km, Rs 18 for Sedan and Rs 20 for SUV.
