Adam Johnson Promotions Ltd was set up in 2007 to collect image rights payments and develop a property, with his dad David and mum Sonia each holding 50 of its 100 shares. David Johnson declined to comment. His son, 33, was freed in 2019 having served three years in jail for sexual activity with a girl of 15.
