Now he is heading for another court hearing on Wednesday in LA to face further charges, according to Weinstein's attorney Mark Werksman, reports TMZ. The disgraced movie producer's team had been fighting for him to receive the medical care he needs, while making sure he has a right to due process and is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Meanwhile, Weinstein's ex wife, Georgina Chapman, has finalised her divorce from the disgraced movie mogul, according to online records. They reportedly reached a settlement a year later and Weinstein agreed to pay her between $15 million and $20 million.
