We have agreed these resources should be left at the National Council and not the parent ministry,” said Mwaura. The Legislatures, together with People with Disability Organisations, resolved to have Ksh 1.8 billion reserved under the National Council of Persons with Disability in the County level and not in the National Ministry headquarters.
