The child's parents have been arrested after he was reportedly found to be living in extremely unsanitary conditions in Kentucky, US. The youngster's home was filled with hundreds of flies in fly traps, with insects spotted on the floor, according to a police arrest report. He was reportedly found to have no bedding, while his bedroom floor is said to have been littered with rubbish - including used loo roll. Melissa and Jason Baker were arrested last Saturday after an officer discovered the conditions at the Winchester property, WKYT reports. Looking through the window, the officer said he saw faeces around the property and rubbish on the floor, according to The Winchester Sun.
