DirecTV said Friday that it plans to abolish the one America News Network, a conservative news channel. The channel is Herring Networks Inc, a San Diego-based television programming company. Bloomberg News Previously reported DirecTV was planning to remove the One America News Network. The satellite company reported about 15 million pay TV connections at the end of June. AT & T said at the time that the proceedings were a plot of negotiations by Herring Networks.
