DIGOS CITY—Police are still in the dark on the killing on Wednesday, Nov. 13, of a female employee of the Traffic Management Center (TMC) here which took place just a few meters from police and military outposts. ADVERTISEMENTLazaga suffered bullet wounds in the chest and neck that led to her death. According to police, Lazaga was having lunch with a female friend before reporting for work at a temporary office of the TMC. As she alighted from a tricycle, a gunman approached her and started shooting. The gunman fled aboard a motorcycle driven by an accomplice.
