More than 70 former clerks of the late federal appeals court Judge Stephen Reinhardt signed a statement Thursday expressing support for a woman who said Reinhardt sexually harassed her. Warren told Congress that Reinhardt was enraged by the allegations against Kozinski and told her he would no longer hire female clerks. A spokesperson for the 9th Circuit was not immediately available for comment.
