Bottom line in Boston: Toronto knocked the Red Sox for a loop in front of a disgruntled sell-out crowd and Jays finally got their pound of Price flesh. R.A. Dickey allowed just two hits in 6 2/3 innings against Boston on Friday night. But the long lean lefty Price had won his last eight decisions against the Jays, 17-2 lifetime against Toronto. Meanwhile, for his part, Dickey had afforded five strolls to Boston by the end of four frames. Still, that was 10 no-hit innings in his last two starts against the Red Sox, a club that leads the majors with 324 runs.
