The WZC is currently holding elections that will affect the management of all of Israel’s national institutions – including Keren Hayesod — over the next five years. It is inconceivable that Zionist and national institutions will not recognize Judea and Samaria, the Jordan Valley and the Golan Heights as part of Israel. The 38th World Zionist Congress is currently scheduled to meet in Jerusalem in October.
