In Thailand, Protection International and the Canadian Embassy in Bangkok unveiled the launch of “Side by Side WHRDs 2018” on Wednesday. It features the hopes and aspirations of 20 WHRDs in Thailand, including National Human Rights Commissioner Angkhana Neelapaijit, Empower Foundation official Sommai Chantawong and Thai Medical Network president Preeyanan Lorsermvattana. We hope women in general will find this diary inspiring. They too can help change society for the better,” Pranom Somwog from Protection International said. The diary is being prepared under the “CFLI – Her Life, Her Diary” project.
