The broadcaster has appointed a retired judge, Lord Dyson, to lead an investigation into the Diana interview. But on Friday, Earl Spencer questioned the scope of the probe, saying he was "not at all satisfied" with it. The explosive Panorama interview famously featured Diana saying: "Well, there were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded."
