Chinese University respiratory diseases expert, David Hui Shu-cheong, said today Hong Kong residents who are to be flown back from the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan, should be held in quarantine centers for another 14 days. Even if they do not have symptoms, they are still a health risk, as the cruise ship is contaminated. The government said on Saturday a chartered flight will be sent to evacuate the Hong Kong residents.
