The water level had been fluctuating for the last few days. However, the Dharla and Dudhkumar rivers' water levels rose dangerously on Monday afternoon. BWDB Executive Engineer Md Shafiqul Islam said the water level of Dharla and Dudhkumar rivers are rising because of heavy rainfall in India's West Bengal. The water level is still below the danger level," Shariful said.
