Detectives open probe into murder case mistaken for suicide

DCI said Shanghani and the deceased lived as husband and wife and their three children, a four-year-old boy and two twins who were barely two months old. Preliminary investigations, according to the DCI, indicated that the incident was a suicide case. On the day of the tragedy, detectives say Shanghani had returned home late that night, but left at around 6 am after a heated argument. Multiple witnesses said that Nikesh was brought into the country from India a few years ago by her husband. DCI reported that questions emerged afterwards about the circumstances leading to the woman’s death leading to questions.
