The detectives arrested Mr Charles Odongo Olonde during the Thursday 5am raid at his house in Kilifi for interrogation. OFFENCE“It is an offence to impersonate police officers," Mr Njeri said. During the raid, the officers also seized several sim cards and identification documents from the suspect's house. He added: "(Mr) Olonde has been living large, he is always seen partying in the company of women."
