The clip shows the birthday celebration of a DMK students’ wing leader under detention at the Vaduvoor police station in Tiruvarur district, in which the ‘chief guest’ is a woman police inspector. When they were at the police station, the Nidamagalam Union students’ wing organiser, Mr. Sivachandran, lamented that he was in a police station on his birthday. Inspector Jayanthi sang the birthday song and fed Mr. Sivachandran the first piece of the cake. Then, Mr. Sivachandran distributed the cake to all those in the station, including the constables on duty.
