A cabinet secretary in the Kenya Kwanza administration might soon find himself on the wrong side with parliamentarians who are tired of his ways.It is said MPs are unhappy with the treasury cabinet secretary Njuguna Ndung'u because he failed to appear before them for questioning. CS Njuguna Ndung'u was expected to face the finance committee in the national assembly where he was to explain about the legality of the tenure of the East African Development Bank (EADB) boss Vivianne Apopo Yeda. The CS now risks getting a summon to parliament to explain his behaviour. Details reveal that he was to appear before the finance committee chaired by Molo MP Kimani Kuria on Thursday this week.He was to be questioned why Vivianne Yeda is still in office despite her two terms at the helm of East African Development Bank as director general being over. Speaker Moses Wetangula has also directed the finance committee that is tasked to question the Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung'u to ask him to reveal why the EADB shareholders had not been paid dividends during Yeda's tenure.
