'Destiny 2' Is Finally Starting To Balance PvE And PvP Separately

It looks to be the update that address the core issue of Destiny 2, that the game simply…doesn’t feel like Destiny 1. That has to do with player speed, player damage and player cooldowns. But besides boosting player speed and decreasing cooldowns, it’s doing one very important thing, according to this week’s detailed Bungie update:It’s balancing PvE separately from PvP. BungieSome perks are getting PvE modifications as well, like High Impact Reserves, Kill Clip, and Rampage are all getting PvE specific damage or duration increases. The point is, in 3.5 years of Destiny, this is the most intensely I’ve seen changes made to PvE that don’t affect PvP.
