With today's Destiny 2 beta, we got to see"Homecoming," the first story mission of the new game. I played this mission from a fan's perspective, which is good because the mission is chock full of fan service. But just their presence in a story mission goes a long way towards making the world feel a bit more alive. The first mission is Destiny 2 will feel like a massive leap to anyone who showed up for the launch of Destiny 2 and then never came back. It is prettier Destiny, it is smoother Destiny, and it most definitely bigger Destiny.
