Dessil Mekhtigian's FROM THE WORK OF THE DEVIL is scheduled to screen at the Yerevan International Film Festival's 20th edition — which will be running from July 9th to the 16th — where it will be competing in its Apricot Stone Section. In a statement, Dessil Mekhtigian expressed her pride and gratitude for the selection of her latest work to compete for a Golden Apricot. Mekhtigian, who has Armenian roots, described the film as a personal journey that brought her back to her home country for the first time. “I am very proud and touched that my film is in competition at a festival in my motherland," Mekhtigian said.
