A new study by health science professors from Boston University and Tufts University reports that portions sizes at most fast-food restaurant chains are getting larger. Perhaps the healthy food demand hasn’t gotten big enough for the fast food restaurant industry to respond to. Fast-food chains like McDonald’s, Burger King and Jack in the Box are giving consumers what they want, right?
