SEREMBAN: A 24-year-old despatch rider pleaded not guilty to a charge of sexually grooming his 13-year-old niece. He claimed trial to the charge before Sessions Court judge Junaidah Mohd Isa. Deputy public prosecutor Nurhafiza Haron asked the court not to allow bail. The suspect then told the court that his father, a settler, was present in court to bail him. She then fixed March 12 for remention to allow the suspect to appoint a lawyer.
