Dermot Bannon has revealed that he has turned down the chance to be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars every year, despite being a big fan. Dermot Bannon dances Bollywood style to 'Catch Me' in aid of Barnardos. He revealed the Bannon family are obsessed with the show Ireland’s Fittest Family and when asked if he would take part in the show, the presenter was unsure of his abilities. The radio show then pushed Bannon to pick his favourite out of this year’s contestants and sadly, there was some favouritism involved. He described TV and radio presenter Mairead Ronan as a friend and said he'd love for her to win.
