Derek Dallas Carr (born March 28, 1991) i s an American football quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college footbal l at Fresno State, where he twice received first-team All-MWC honors, and was selected by the Raiders in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
