The self-styled spiritual medium, who starred in CelebrityBig Brother and the Most Haunted series, died from sepsis brought on by pneumonia on January 3. I would like to thank all the friends and family who came along to pay their respects to Derek as he made his last appearance. He shot to fame on Most Haunted and also went on to present Derek Acorah's Ghost Towns. Derek went onto appear in the 20th series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2017. His greatest fame came from the six-year Most Haunted series with Yvette Fielding - in which he was contacted by 'spirits'.
