Derby are looking to bring in a couple of players this month, perhaps more if players leave. There have been constant reports about Kadioglu, the 20-year-old attacking midfielder who worked with Phillip Cocu during his time as manager at Fenerbahce. The Dutch under-21 international has played only 11 times in all competitions for Fenerbahce. Pozo is 20 and a Spanish under-21 international. Derby are reportedly eyeing up a loan move until the end of the season, according to the Metro.
