It means the Rams' place in next season's Championship is finally confirmed. They were also warned about their future conduct whilst the EFL weighed up whether to appeal that decision and press for a further punishment. But the EFL has now confirmed it will not be appealing the decision. The League had issued 'interchangeable' lists last month, in the event Derby were punished further and went into League One.
