Nairobi Deputy Governor Anne Kananu [Samson Wire, Standard]Nairobi Deputy Governor Anne Kananu will today (Tuesday) hold her first cabinet meeting. As her first task, Kananu will hold the cabinet meeting which will be the first since 2019 when Sonko last called for one before the courts barred him from accessing his office over graft allegations. “We have been told there will be a cabinet meeting on Tuesday at City Hall but the official invitation and the agenda will be communicated later in the day,” said Majevdia. “We will be traveling to Mombasa after the meeting to meet NMS guys. Those in attendance will be NMS Director General Major General Mohamed Badi, Speaker Mutura and DG Kananu.
