A small stream of migrants continued to walk out of Europe’s biggest makeshift camp after the departure of about 4,000 since the authorities began evacuating residents to 450 sites across France. About 700 under 18-year-olds have been housed in Calais. The fires were set overnight by departing residents, mainly from Sudan, Ethiopia and Afghanistan, who have a tradition of torching their huts and tents on the insanitary wasteland…
