The authority, an $11 billion federal corporation, announced the appointment of Lyash, 57, on Thursday, a day after Crown-owned OPG revealed the Pennsylvania native was leaving at the end of March for a new challenge. OPG CEO Jeff Lyash is leaving the company at the end of March to lead the Tennessee Valley Authority. Hartwick is a chartered professional accountant who joined the company in 2016 and previously served as chief financial officer at Hydro One and Wellspring Financial.
